Bio

Ellen G. Watts has been a summer resident in the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro area as a mainlander and an islander her entire life. She knows first hand about island living, boating and the Lake. Her family has owned their property on Little Bear Island for over 90 years.

Ellen graduated from Boston University School of Education. She received her real estate license while still teaching. She has been selling boats and real estate since her retirement after 25 years of teaching. Before retiring, Ellen built her own home with the help of a friend and is now residing in this home when she is not living on the island.

Ellen was one of the founders of the Tuftonboro Islanders Association and is the Treasurer as well as the main stay of the organization. Ellen has brought a lot of knowledge of building, island living and boating to Lamprey and Lamprey REALTORS®. She is a unique person and brings the unique perspective of mainland waterfront and island living, as well as a knowledge of building, boating and the Lakes Region. Ellen is a jack of many trades.
